Machine is suitable for efficient cleaning of all types of grains and seeds, pulses, oil seeds, etc. It is used to separate out impurities, which are bigger/smaller than seed size along with thrash, and sutli.
Fabricated from Mild Steel Plate, Sheet, Angle and Channel. Self-cleaning Rubber Balls on bottom sieve. Intake Hopper of machine is equipped with canvass clothes. There are two vibrating screens, top screen for removing over size impurities and bottom screen for removing under size impurities such as sand, shriveled grain etc. Machine is drive with suitable 2 Nos. of Vibro Electric Motor. |

3 Deck Pre Cleaner is suitable for cleaning of cereals, grain, legumes and fine seeds to the highest standard. The deck pre cleaner machine separate over size, under size and light impurities from the feed. There are two-aspiration systems one for feeding material and second for cleaned material. Feeder of pre cleaner machine drive with independent gear motor. Fine dust along with light impurities are separated out before putting the material in the first sieve with the help of aspiration system. Blower is provided on the top of machine. |
