Utility of Aspiration Channel

Aspiration Channel is used for removal of lightweight particles such as immature, shriveled grain, dust etc. from all kind of grains. Maximum cleaning action is obtained by installing a good aspirator after the scourer, seed cleaner, dehusker etc. Aspiration channel is particularly suited to separate Husks, Chaff, Small seeds, Insect fragments, broken & hollow kernels.

 Utility of Gravity Selector cum Destoner

The machine is used for continuous removal of stones from a stream of granular material, composed for instance of any variety of grain, Oil seeds, Cocoa beans, Wheat, Rice, Dal etc. Simple and dependable separation due to the stratification of the material into the product and the heavy impurities such as stones, metal, glass etc. The gravity selector combines two distinct functions with a single machine and uses half the total air requirements of two separate machine normally used to achieve the following functions :

• It concentrates impurities.
• It removes stones from the grain stream.

 Utility of Positive Type Destoner

Positive Type Destoner is used for removal of heavy foreign contaminants like stones, metallic and glass pieces, etc. from grains and seeds of all crops. It works on the principle of weight/gravity separations with stratification by positive pressure fan.

 Utility of Negative Type Destoner

Negative Type Destoneris used for removal of heavy foreign contaminants like stones, metallic and glass pieces, mud balls etc. from grains and seeds of all crops. It works on the principle of vacuum negative pressure. It also separates the lightweight particles and impurities if any by air suction.
