Utility of Gravity Separator

Gravity Separator may be used to separate any type of dry bulk particles that are similar in size & shape but differs in weight. The machine consists of a rectangular deck for greater Separation efficiency and accuracy. The lighter particles move to the entire length of the deck, producing the cleanest light and heavy product fraction available. A dynamically balanced multiple fan system is individually adjustable giving the necessary control through different air settings to accomplish the accurate weighing necessary.

 Utility of Scourer

The machine will effectively remove outer husks, bran and crease dirt by its intense scouring action and will reduce in size of mud balls and there by remove through the sieve apertures any mud balls, small friable seed impurities and any insect fragments. Similarly the impactor/scourer will break the weaker, insect damaged kernels and effectively eliminate them.

 Utility of Bran Finisher

This kind of machine is used in the flour milling system, especially in the soft wheat flour-milling machine to remove the flour from bran. The action is based on centrifugal force and beating effect. It is also used in rice mill for separating the smaller broken in rice bran mixture.

 Utility of Magnetic Separator

Our Magnetic Separator has a rotary drum which is used to separate out ferrous particles from non-ferrous material/grain. There are separate outlets for ferrous material and non-ferrous material.
