It is entirely based on centrifugal force and on friction in relation to the shape and specific gravity of the grains rolling down along the spiral. The spiral is fitted with a retaining skirt at the outer edge, to prevent the heavier and speedier grains from falling out of the spiral. Suitable for various seeds due to the several possibilities of adjustment. High sorting effective due to the rational shape of the spiral. Excellent separation of the various grains due to the ample area in which picking out is made. No power required for operating this separator. |
