SIFTER rolls are suitable
for all makes of machinery for Flour Mill,
General Flacking, Oil Extraction, Pellet Crumbling,
Coffee Grinding and the processing of the
material including salt, ink, tobacco, paper
and rubber etc.... they can be used for grinding
barley for grits.
SIFTER rolls consists of roll shell and
journal. Rolls shells are manufactured of
alloy iron containing nickle, silicon, chromium,
molybdenum and requisite chemicals to strengthen
and hard on the structure of the materials.
The hardness of the roll working surface
is 480 to 550 H.B. The depth of the hardness
is 20 to 30 mm
Roll are provided with journals of special shaft i.e En-8, En-9 to ensure prolong the life of bearing and give smooth running of rolls.
SIFTER rolls provided for export despatch or for long storage are to be preserved and protected against deterimental weather conditions.
The rolls can be made plain or grooved or semi finished i.e. for further matching of journal and grooving of all roll shell. So when ordering please state the state of the roll i.e. Drawing of rolls, Inclination angle of groove in %, number of grooves per cm on circumference of the roll.
Each and every roll is manufactured in the supervision of high quality and experienced staff and bears our self satisfaction. Even than if any manufacturing defect is found the company will replace the roll free of cost. |
