| The machine is used for continuous removal of stones from a stream of granular material, composed for instance of any variety of grain, Oil seeds, Cocoa beans, Wheat, Rice, Dal etc. Simple and dependable separation due to the stratification of the material into the product and the heavy impurities such as stones, metal, glass etc. The gravity selector combines two distinct functions with a single machine and uses half the total air requirements of two separate machine normally used to achieve the following functions :
- It concentrates impurities.
- It removes stones from the grain stream.

Utility of Gravity Separator

| Gravity Separator may be used to separate any type of dry bulk particles that are similar in size & shape but differs in weight. The machine consists of a rectangular deck for greater Separation efficiency and accuracy. The lighter particles move to the entire length of the deck, producing the cleanest light and heavy product fraction available. A dynamically balanced multiple fan system is individually adjustable giving the necessary control through different air settings to accomplish the accurate weighing necessary. |
