machine is suitable for all types of Grains, Suger, Rice, Tea, Salt, Detergent, Spices, Atta (Flour), Milk Powder,
Coffee Powder, Instant Mixes etc for filling and packing in 50 to 1000
grams, 5Kgs and 10Kgs pouches/bag.
This is an intermittent
operating machine which generally has Servo Auger filling system with
Stirrer and AC Drive. Machine motion is controlled by PLC and HMI (Human
Machine Interface) including large Touch Screen digital display.
Product Pouch forming and Sealing system comprises of Servo Motor /
Pneumatic system.
